Some brands don’t just own categories, they own moments in life. Huggies is one of them.
For Mother’s Day, Huggies came up with an ad that pulls at mothers’ heartstrings. They got five real-life pregnant moms (and one dad) to write letters to their unborn babies and read them out. Brand Storytelling at it’s best with the consumer as the hero of the story, the ultimate hero actually, the mother.
The Ad debuted on Mother’s Day on U.S. national TV, and is part of a new campaign targeting expecting parents under the theme: “How will you greet your baby?”
Watch mommy-to-be Hilary share a personal letter to her baby, and watch all the way to the end for a special surprise she shared.
On their YouTube channel Huggies say:

And they go on to ask the question … “How will you greet your baby? Tell us with #dearbaby”
